LINDA M. JOSEPHSON

LINDA M. JOSEPHSON joined the firm in 2012. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Catholic University of America (magna cum laude) and her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, Linda launched her ERISA career as a member of the legislative staff of the US Senate Special Committee on Aging. After graduating from law school, she worked in the employee benefit practice groups at two large law firms in Connecticut and Missouri and wrote a book, Legal Issues and Older Adults, published by ABC-CLIO, Inc. Linda also worked at Mercer, a global benefits consulting firm, for 13 years, where she was a member of the senior leadership in its multiemployer practice group. She has worked with sponsors and fiduciaries of private, public, and Taft-Hartley employee benefit plans for more than 25 years. She has been a speaker at national and local meetings of benefit professionals, including annual meetings of the IFEBP, Enrolled Actuaries, and the Seattle Chapter of the WP&BC. Linda is licensed to practice law in Connecticut, Missouri, and Washington.
