DAVID S. BARLOW received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University in 1975 and a Master of Science in Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics in 1977. He earned his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Washington in 1983. David previously worked for the U.S. Department of Labor in Washington, D.C., the National Labor Relations Board in Seattle, and a Portland law firm where he concentrated on employment and construction law matters. He joined the firm in 1987. David works exclusively with joint labor-management plans and represents a wide variety of health and welfare and pension plans in Oregon, Washington, and other Western states. David is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington.
